This is a simple cross-body bag made from vinyl tent fabric with a 25cm zipper opening and an adjustable seat belt strap from Hamamatsu. It's the perfect size for carrying a long wallet, smartphone, and eco-bag.

"Hey!! Hey!!!!" In Amsterdam, tourists who absentmindedly walk in the bike lane are often shouted at by stylish cyclists. "Move it! Get out of the way!!!!" That's how it is. The people of Amsterdam are just so cool. Bike shops only sell bikes that resemble Japanese "mamachari" (utility bikes) but are more classical and robust, and everyone customizes and rides them. Young and old, everyone. Drop handlebars are rarely seen. They ride those heavy bikes at full speed in the bike lanes. The cross-body bags they use are not like messenger bags; they're more for town use, and while everyone has a different one, they're almost all the same size and cross-body style. I've been trying to create a simple, ordinary cross-body bag, not a messenger bag or a fashionable one, but something like what Dutch people use. I feel like I've finally achieved it. The combination of durable vinyl tent fabric, used for shop awnings and truck tarpaulins, and seat belts from Hamamatsu, is perfect for rainy Japan. It's a bit like Freitag, but the shape is completely different from a messenger bag, so it's for people who enjoy casual cycling or commute by bike, rather than road racers.

Vinyl tent material is resistant to water and dirt.
By using this material and a manufacturing method that creates a gusset without seams at the bottom, we have created gusseted bags that can be used on dirty ground, snowy mountains, or beaches. However, some moisture may enter through the side seams, so we describe it as "somewhat waterproof."

JETMINMIN produces these bags using tent material supplied by Terada Shokai in Aichi. It is a durable, waterproof fabric used for factory roofs, shop awnings, and truck tarpaulins.
