国によっては関税や税金がかかる場合があります。最新の取り扱いについてご案内いたします。

受取時に発生する可能性のある費用

  1. 関税（Customs Duty）

    • 国や商品カテゴリによって異なります。

    • アメリカ向け発送は、JETMINMINが「DDP（Delivered Duty Paid）」に対応しています。

      • ご注文時にオンラインショップ上で関税が自動計算され、
        お客様は受け取り時に関税を支払う必要はありません。

  2. 消費税・付加価値税（VAT / GST）

    • EUでは約20%前後、その他の国でも独自の税率があります。

    • 通常、商品代金＋送料＋関税の合計に対して課税されます。

  3. その他の税金

    • 一部の国では環境税や包装税などがかかる場合があります。

アメリカ（USA）

  • 関税：ご注文時に自動計算（DDP）

  • 受取時の支払い：不要

  • VAT：なし

ヨーロッパ（EU）

  • 関税：2〜5%程度

  • VAT：約20%前後（国により異なる）

アジア

  • 国によって異なります。

  • 香港・シンガポール・マカオなどはバッグの関税がほぼ免税です。

注意事項

  • 関税や税金は商品代金・送料とは別に発生する場合があります（アメリカ向けはDDPのため除外）。

  • 最新の税率や規制は国ごと・タイミングによって変更される可能性があります。各国の税関をご確認ください。

  • 私たちは商品を無事にお届けできるよう最善を尽くしております。ただし、国や地域によっては税関手続きのために受取人様へ追加情報の提出が求められる場合があります。

  • 関税、輸入消費税、その他の輸入に関する手続きや費用は、お客様のご負担となります。

  • 税関または配送会社から連絡があった場合は、お手数ですがご対応をお願いいたします。

  • 必要な情報の未提出やお受け取りいただけなかったことにより、お荷物が返送・廃棄となった場合は返金いたしかねます。


International Shipping & Customs Duties

JETMINMIN offers international shipping outside of Japan.
Depending on the destination country, customs duties and taxes may apply. Please refer to the information below regarding our international shipping policies.

Potential Charges Upon Delivery

  1. Customs Duty

    • Varies by country and product category.

    • For shipments to the United States, JETMINMIN supports DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

      • Customs duties are automatically calculated on our online shop during checkout,
        so customers are not required to pay customs duties upon receipt.

  2. Consumption Tax / Value Added Tax (VAT / GST)

    • In the EU, it is approximately 20%. Other countries have their own tax rates.

    • Typically, it is levied on the total of the product price + shipping + customs duty.

  3. Other Taxes

    • Some countries may impose environmental taxes or packaging taxes.

Europe (EU)

Asia

  • Varies by country.

  • For Hong Kong, Singapore, and Macau, customs duties on bags are largely exempt.

  • Customs duties and taxes may be incurred separately from the product price and shipping fees (excluding DDP shipments to the United States).

  • Current tax rates and regulations may change depending on the country and timing. Please check with the customs office of each country.

  • We do our best to ensure your product is delivered safely. However, depending on the country or region, the recipient may be asked to provide additional information for customs procedures.

  • Customs duties, import consumption taxes, and other import-related procedures and costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you are contacted by customs or the delivery company, please cooperate with their requests.

  • We cannot issue refunds if your package is returned or discarded due to failure to submit required information or to receive the package.
