It all started with the question, "What about the popular printed T-shirt for this pop-up this time?"
It's hard to find a perfect basic T-shirt, and even if you do, it's expensive. And besides, T-shirts can be quite hot in the summer, right?
So we thought,
"Then, why don't we try making our own?"
And we thought,
"A regular crew neck T-shirt isn't cool enough, right? Should we make it like an American football jersey?"
And we thought,
We remade the side slits many times until we found a way to make them neat and sturdy, and this is it.
Since it was a replacement for a printed T-shirt, we initially intended to use stencil printing,
but we decided that it would be better than being too flashy, so the graphic is done with stitching.
It's super tedious, but it's much cooler this way.
