For our canvas products, we wash the canvas fabric to let it shrink naturally before cutting and sewing. After the product is completed, we wash and air-dry it again to ensure the material settles and gains a broken-in feel. Due to material shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you might feel the item looks "wrinkled and like a used item" despite being new. The wrinkles will naturally smooth out over time as you use it. We appreciate your understanding. To be environmentally conscious, we wash with a small amount of laundry soap without using fabric softeners and air-dry the products.
■REPAIR SERVICE
No matter how sturdily we make our products, long-term use can lead to fabric fraying, pet mischief, or tears and holes from getting caught on objects. As long as you continue to cherish and use our products, we offer a paid repair service for our fabric goods so you can keep them for as long as possible. Please send us an email with photos of the damaged area for a repair estimate. (Some items are excluded/we may decline service depending on the extent of the damage or if the fabric has reached the end of its life.)
■WASH! WASH!
Fabric products need to be washed. Dirt that is not noticeable on a daily basis can absorb sweat and humidity, leading to bacterial growth that negatively affects the fibers. This can make the weakened fabric more prone to tears and holes when rubbed or caught on something. To use your product for as long as possible, regular washing and rotating between several items—rather than using the same one every day—is important. All JETMINMIN fabric products can be washed at home. When washing, use mild laundry detergent, either hand-wash or use a laundry net in the machine, and rinse thoroughly. Please avoid using scented fabric softeners, as fabrics are difficult to deodorize once they absorb scents. Using hot water or a tumble dryer can cause the fabric to shrink, so please be sure to use cold or lukewarm water. *Colors may transfer, so please wash with similar colors or separately from other items.
