For canvas products, the canvas fabric is first washed and naturally shrunk, then cut and sewn. The finished product is then washed again and naturally dried to soften the overall feel and create a textured look before delivery.
Due to material shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you might feel that the product looks "wrinkled like a used item even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out and blend in with use. We appreciate your understanding.
To be environmentally friendly, we wash with a small amount of laundry soap without using fabric softener, etc., and then natural dry.

■REPAIR SERVICE
Even if a product is made robustly, long-term use can cause the fabric to fray, or pets might damage it, or it might get snagged and torn, making it unusable. We offer a paid repair service for fabric products so that you can continue to use your favorite items for as long as possible. If you send us an image of the damaged area via email, we will provide a repair estimate. (Some products are excluded / We may refuse repairs depending on the extent of the damage or if the fabric has reached the end of its lifespan)

■WASH! WASH!
Fabric products need to be washed. Dirt that usually goes unnoticed can breed bacteria when absorbing sweat and moisture, which negatively affects the fibers. Weakened fabric can easily tear or get holes when rubbed or snagged. To keep using a product for as long as possible, regular washing and not using the same product every day (e.g., rotating several items) are important.
All JETMINMIN fabric products can be washed at home. When washing, use laundry detergent and hand wash, or if using a washing machine, place in a net and rinse thoroughly. Since odors are difficult to remove from fabric once they set in, please avoid using scented fabric softeners. Always use cold or lukewarm water, as hot water or a dryer can cause the fabric to shrink. *Colors may bleed, so wash with similar colors or separately from other items.
