Canvas products are delivered after the canvas fabric is first washed to naturally shrink it, then cut and sewn, and finally washed and air-dried again to blend and create a worn-in feel.
Due to fabric shrinkage and wash wrinkles, you might feel that the product "looks like it's used, even though it's new and wrinkled." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out and blend in with use. We appreciate your understanding.
To be environmentally conscious, we wash without fabric softener and use a small amount of laundry soap, then air dry.
■REPAIR SERVICE
No matter how sturdily they are made, fabrics can fray from long-term use, or tear and get holes due to pets playing with them or getting caught on something, rendering them unusable. For products that you love and want to use for as long as possible, we offer a paid repair service for fabric products. If you send us an image of the damaged part via email, we will provide a repair estimate. (Some products are excluded / We may refuse repairs depending on the extent of the damage or if the fabric has reached the end of its lifespan.)

Fabric products require washing. Dirt that is not usually noticeable can cause bacteria to grow and harm the fibers by absorbing sweat and moisture. Weakened fabric can tear or get holes more easily if it rubs or snags on something. To keep products usable for as long as possible, it is important to wash them regularly and not use the same product every day by rotating several items.
All JETMINMIN fabric products can be washed at home. When washing, use laundry detergent, hand wash, or use a laundry net if using a washing machine, and rinse thoroughly. Fabric retains odors easily, so please avoid using scented fabric softeners. Using hot water or a dryer can cause the fabric to shrink, so always use cold or lukewarm water. *Colors may transfer, so please wash with similar colors or separately from other items.
