Canvas products are made by first washing the canvas fabric to let it shrink naturally, then cutting and sewing it, and finally washing and air-drying the finished product again to settle the fabric and create a natural patina.
Because of the fabric shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you may feel that the product looks wrinkled and used even though it is new. The wrinkles will naturally stretch out and settle as you use it. Thank you for your understanding.
To be environmentally friendly, the products are washed with a small amount of laundry soap without fabric softener and then air-dried.
■REPAIR SERVICE
No matter how sturdy the products are made, they may eventually become unusable due to prolonged use, wear and tear, damage from pets, or snagging and tearing. We offer a paid repair service for our fabric products so that you can enjoy them for as long as possible. If you send us a photo of the damaged area by email, we will provide a repair estimate. (Some products are excluded, and we may decline service depending on the extent of the damage or if the fabric has reached the end of its lifespan.)
■WASH! WASH!
Fabric products need to be washed. Even minor stains that may not be noticeable at first can breed bacteria when they absorb sweat and moisture, which can damage the fibers. Weakened fabric is more likely to tear or develop holes when rubbed or snagged. To use the product for as long as possible, it is important to wash it regularly and rotate it with other items rather than using the same product every day.
All JETMINMIN fabric products are machine-washable at home. When washing, use a laundry detergent, hand wash or use a laundry net in the washing machine, and rinse thoroughly. Once fabric absorbs odors, they can be difficult to remove, so please avoid using scented fabric softeners. Hot water or dryers can cause the fabric to shrink, so always use cold or lukewarm water. ＊The product may transfer color, so wash it with items of similar colors or separately from other items.
