Fabric products are cut and sewn after the fabric has been washed once and naturally shrunk. The finished product is then washed and naturally dried again to blend the whole and create a worn-in look before delivery.
Due to material shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you might feel that it looks "wrinkled and like a used item even though it's new." These wrinkles will naturally smooth out with use. Thank you for your understanding.
