For fabric products, the fabric is first washed and naturally shrunk before cutting and sewing. Then, the finished product is washed and naturally air-dried again to help it settle and create a natural worn look, and then delivered.
Due to fabric shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you might feel that it "looks wrinkled and used even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out as you use the product. We appreciate your understanding.
For washing, we use laundry soap and natural drying without fabric softener or other agents to minimize environmental impact.
