For fabric products, the fabric is first washed and naturally shrunk before cutting and sewing. The completed product is then washed and air-dried again to help it settle and create a worn-in feel before delivery.
Due to fabric shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you might feel that it "looks wrinkled and used even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out as you use the product. We appreciate your understanding.
For environmental reasons, products are washed with laundry soap and air-dried, without the use of fabric softeners.
