A light, foldable, slightly waterproof tote bag made from tarpaulin sheets (commonly known as blue sheets).
Tarpaulin sheets are resistant to water and dirt, as they are used for protection at construction sites and as rain covers during disasters.
We use this material to create a gusseted tote bag that can be used on dirty ground at campsites, in snowy mountains, or on beaches, by making a gusset with no seams at the bottom. However, some moisture may penetrate through the side seams, so it is "slightly waterproof."
The elastic cord on the loop is convenient for folding. This greatly expands its uses, from leisure activities such as camping, beaches, and snowy mountains, to eco-bags for grocery shopping at supermarkets and seafood markets, or for outings on rainy days, location shoots... you might not need any other tote bags.
When you have a lot of luggage, you can hook the folding elastic band to the button in the center front to keep the opening closed. The buttons are from Swedish army tents, so the color and texture may vary.
Due to the nature of the material, fraying may occur near the seams, and the color of the material's base may show through due to friction during use. Also, as this is an industrial material, there may be dust, scratches, or dirt present in the fabric from the beginning. Lighter colors may show these more. This is within the range that does not hinder use. Please be aware of this.
ATTENTION!
This product cannot be machine washed. If it gets dirty, wipe it with a damp cloth or rinse lightly with water.
This product does not offer a repair service, so if it tears, please repair it by attaching blue sheet repair tape sold at home centers. You can replace the elastic, so please inquire.
