A lightweight, foldable, slightly waterproof tote bag made from Tarpee sheet (commonly known as blue tarp).
Tarpee sheets are used for construction site protection and rain cover during disasters, so they have strong water and stain resistance.
We used this to create a gusseted tote bag with no seams at the bottom, making it suitable for dirty ground at campsites, snowy mountains, and beaches. However, some moisture may enter through the side seams, so we describe it as "slightly waterproof."
The elastic cord on the loop is convenient for folding. This greatly expands its uses, from leisure activities like camping, the beach, and snowy mountains, to eco-bag use for supermarkets and seafood shopping, as well as outings on rainy days, location shoots, and more... you might not need any other tote bags.
When you have a lot of items in the bag, you can hook the folding elastic band onto the center button on the front to keep the opening closed. The buttons are from Swedish military tents, so their color and texture may vary.
Due to the nature of the material, fraying may occur near seams, and the base color of the material may show through due to friction from use. Also, as this is an industrial material, the fabric may contain debris, scratches, or stains from the outset. Lighter colors may show these more prominently. This is within the range that does not hinder use. Please be aware of this in advance.
ATTENTION!
This product cannot be machine washed. If it gets dirty, wipe it with a damp cloth or rinse it lightly with water.
This product does not offer repair services, so if it tears, please repair it by attaching blue sheet repair tape sold at home centers. Replacement of elastic bands is possible, so please inquire.
