For fabric products, the fabric is first washed to naturally shrink it, then cut and sewn, and the finished product is washed and air-dried again to blend it in and create a well-worn look before delivery.
Due to fabric shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you might feel that it "looks like a used item even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out and blend in with use. Thank you for your understanding.
For washing, we do not use fabric softeners or similar products to be environmentally friendly, and we wash with a small amount of laundry soap and air dry.
