Fabric products are cut and sewn after the fabric has been washed once to naturally shrink it, and then the finished product is washed and air-dried again to blend it and create a worn-in look before delivery.
Due to fabric shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you may feel that it looks "wrinkled and like a used item even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out as you use it. We appreciate your understanding.
For washing, we use laundry soap and air dry without fabric softener to be environmentally friendly.
