Canvas items are washed once to allow the canvas fabric to shrink naturally before being cut and sewn, then washed again and air-dried after completion to allow the overall appearance to settle or to create a faded effect before delivery.
Due to fabric shrinkage or washing wrinkles, you may feel that the item looks “wrinkled like a used item despite being new.” Wrinkles will naturally stretch out and settle with use. Thank you for your understanding.
To be environmentally friendly, items are washed without fabric softener using a small amount of laundry soap and then air-dried.
