A light, foldable, slightly waterproof tote bag made from a tarpaulin sheet (commonly known as a blue sheet).
Tarpaulin sheets are water and dirt resistant, as they are used for covering at construction sites and as rain shelters during disasters.
We use this material to create a gusseted tote bag that can be used on dirty ground at campsites, in snowy mountains, or on beaches, by using a manufacturing method that eliminates seams at the bottom. However, some moisture may enter through the side seams, so we call it "slightly waterproof."
The elastic cord attached to the loop is convenient for folding. This greatly expands its uses, from leisure activities such as camping, beaches, and snowy mountains, to eco-bag use for grocery shopping and seafood purchases, and even for going out on rainy days or on location shoots... you might not need any other tote bags.
When you have a lot of luggage, you can hook the elastic band for folding to the button in the center front to keep the opening closed. The buttons are from Swedish military tents, so the color and texture may vary depending on the item.
Due to the nature of the material, fraying may occur near seams, and the color of the material's base may show through due to friction from use. In addition, as it is an industrial material, the fabric may contain debris, scratches, or dirt from the beginning. Lighter colors may show these more prominently. This is within the range that does not hinder use. Please be aware of this beforehand.
ATTENTION!
This product cannot be machine washed. If it gets dirty, wipe it with a damp cloth or lightly rinse it with water.
This product does not offer a repair service, so if it tears, please repair it by applying blue sheet repair tape sold at home centers. Elastic bands can be replaced, so please inquire.
