For fabric products, the fabric is washed once to naturally shrink it, then cut and sewn, and the finished product is washed and air-dried again to help it settle and acquire a natural texture before delivery.
Due to fabric shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you might feel that it "looks wrinkled and used even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out with use. Thank you for your understanding.
To be environmentally friendly, we wash with laundry soap without fabric softener and air dry.
