For fabric products, the fabric is first washed and naturally shrunk, then cut and sewn. The finished product is then washed and naturally dried again to blend the fabric and create a worn-in look before delivery.
Due to fabric shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you may feel that the product "looks wrinkled and used even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out and blend in with use. We appreciate your understanding.
For environmental reasons, washing is done with laundry soap and natural drying, without the use of fabric softeners.
