Fabric products are cut and sewn after washing the fabric once to naturally shrink it, and then the finished product is washed and naturally dried again to blend and create a worn-in look before delivery.
Due to material shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you might feel that it "looks wrinkled like a used item even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out with use. Thank you for your understanding.
For washing, we use laundry soap and natural drying without fabric softener to be environmentally friendly.
