The handle is made of thick cotton tape from Hamamatsu.
The good thing about this handle manufacturing method is that when the handle becomes worn out, you can just replace the handle.

For cloth products, the fabric is washed once to allow it to shrink naturally before being cut and sewn. The finished product is then washed again and air-dried to allow it to blend in and give it a crease before being delivered.
Due to shrinkage of the material and wrinkles from washing, you may feel that the item is brand new but wrinkled and looks like a used item. The wrinkles will naturally disappear as you use the item. Thank you for your understanding.
In order to be environmentally conscious, we do not use fabric softeners when washing, but instead wash with laundry soap and air dry.

A long time ago, I think it was on Aoyama Street, I remember seeing a vintage Louis Vuitton Boston bag on display in the window of an antique shop and stopping in my tracks.
It had lost its luster, was rough, and looked worn as if it had been left outside during a typhoon. The monogram, which I think was canvas, had faded, and the leather on the handles and bottom was cracked... but nothing else was broken. It had a sturdy air about it, like it could go on a trip the next day if I applied some cream to the leather.
I remember staring at it for quite a long time, but it might have only been a few seconds.
That scene is still burned into my mind and won't go away.
It was not even affordable, so I just continued to have that admiration for it until now...

That's why I couldn't make a good Boston bag.
Although I came up with a design and tried to make prototypes several times, I just couldn't make anything that I was satisfied with.
That's true, you're comparing it to your old memories, so there's no way it can compete.

Boston bags and backpacks have been a challenge for us for a long, long, long time.

If you keep thinking about it for a long time without giving up, one day a design will suddenly fall from the sky.
Without even thinking about it, the sketch came out smoothly and I started drawing on the computer. The pattern came out easily and without any difficulty.
I gathered the ingredients and made it quickly, and this is what I came up with without any difficulty at all.

Miraculously, this Boston bag is a perfect gift. A gift from God, heaven, or even from aliens.
This Boston bag has a JETMINMIN feel to it, is washable if it gets dirty, has no "core" like the tote bag so it will flatten, has the same hammock strap structure as the "BALLOOON!" so it's very durable, and is made of lightweight canvas so it's light. It also has lots of pockets and is named after the town in Nevada, USA, where the US Air Force base rumored to be Area 51 is located, "RACHEL".
