Canvas products are made by washing the canvas fabric once to naturally shrink it, then cutting and sewing it, and finally washing and air-drying the finished product again to make it conform and develop a unique texture before delivery.
Due to shrinkage of the material and washing wrinkles, you may feel that it "looks wrinkled and used even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out as you use it. We appreciate your understanding.
For washing, to be environmentally friendly, we do not use fabric softeners and wash with a small amount of laundry soap, then air dry.
