The zipper color is basically black. You can also change it to white, so please let us know when ordering if you wish to do so.

For canvas products, the canvas fabric is first washed and naturally shrunk, then cut and sewn. The finished product is then washed and air-dried again to help it settle and create a worn-in look before delivery.
Due to shrinkage of the material and washing wrinkles, you might feel that it "looks wrinkled and used even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out and blend in with use. We appreciate your understanding.
For washing, to minimize environmental impact, we use a small amount of laundry soap without fabric softener and air-dry.

■REPAIR SERVICE
Even if a product is made sturdily, prolonged use can cause the fabric to fray, or pets might damage it, or it might get caught and tear or get a hole, rendering it unusable. As long as you enjoy using our products, we offer a paid repair service for fabric products to help you use them for as long as possible. If you send us an image of the damaged part by email, we will provide a repair estimate. (Some products are excluded / We may refuse repairs depending on the extent of the damage or if the fabric has reached the end of its lifespan.)

■WASH! WASH!
Fabric products require washing. Dirt that is normally unnoticeable can harbor bacteria when it absorbs sweat and moisture, which negatively affects the fibers. Weakened fabric can then tear or develop holes more easily from rubbing or getting caught. To ensure the longest possible use of your product, regular washing and rotating several items instead of using the same one every day are important.
All JETMINMIN fabric products can be washed at home. When washing, use laundry detergent, hand wash, or if using a washing machine, put it in a net and rinse thoroughly. Fabric tends to retain odors once they set in, so please avoid using scented fabric softeners. Using hot water or a dryer can cause the fabric to shrink, so always use cold or lukewarm water. *Colors may bleed, so wash with similar colors or separately from other items.
