For fabric products, the fabric is first washed to naturally shrink it, then cut and sewn, and the finished product is washed and air-dried again to help it settle and create a natural finish before delivery.
Due to fabric shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you might feel that it "looks like a used item, even though it's new, because it's wrinkled." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out as you use it. We appreciate your understanding.
To be environmentally friendly, we wash without fabric softener and use a small amount of laundry soap, then air dry.
