For fabric products, the fabric is first washed and naturally shrunk, then cut and sewn. The finished product is then washed and naturally dried again to allow it to settle and develop a unique texture before delivery.
Due to fabric shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you might feel that it "looks like a used item even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out and blend in with use. Thank you for your understanding.
For washing, we do not use fabric softeners to protect the environment, and we wash with a small amount of laundry soap and natural dry.
