For fabric products, the fabric is first washed and naturally shrunk, then cut and sewn. The finished product is then washed and naturally dried again to make it conform and develop a worn-in look before delivery.
Due to material shrinkage and wash wrinkles, you might feel that it "looks wrinkled and used even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out and blend in with use. We appreciate your understanding.
Washing is done with laundry soap and natural drying, without fabric softener, to be environmentally friendly.
