This fabric is woven on an old loom in Fukuda, Shizuoka Prefecture.
The cotton canvas called greige is delivered directly to our atelier from the weaver, and we wash it as often as necessary before making it into a product.After production, we wash it again to complete it. The texture is completely different from commercially available fabrics, which are woven fabrics that have been cleaned, dyed, pressed, or treated to be water repellent. It doesn't have the trendy paraffin treatment, so if it gets dirty, you can wash it by hand or put it in a laundry net and wash it in the washing machine just like jeans.

Once the fabric smells, it is difficult to remove it, so avoid using scented fabric softeners. Please be sure to use cold or lukewarm water as using hot water or a dryer may cause the fabric to shrink. *Color may transfer, so please wash with similar colored items or separately from other items.
