Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using the online shop service ("Service") provided on this website by JETMINMIN ("we", "us", or "our"). Registered users ("Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service between the User and JETMINMIN.

In addition to these Terms, we may establish various rules or guidelines regarding the use of the Service (collectively referred to as "Additional Provisions"). Regardless of their title, these Additional Provisions shall constitute part of these Terms.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Additional Provisions, the provisions of the Additional Provisions shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

Article 2 (User Registration)

In order to use the Service, an applicant must agree to these Terms and apply for registration in the manner specified by us. Registration shall be completed when we approve the application and notify the applicant.

We may refuse to approve a registration application if we determine that the applicant falls under any of the following:

  • The applicant has provided false information during registration.

  • The applicant has previously violated these Terms.

  • Any other case where we determine that registration is inappropriate.

We are not obligated to disclose the reason for such refusal.

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

Users shall manage their User ID and password at their own responsibility.

Users may not transfer, lend, or share their User ID or password with any third party.

If a login is made using a User ID and password that matches the registered information, we will regard it as use by the registered User.

We shall not be liable for any damages caused by the use of a User ID or password by a third party, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

Article 4 (Sales Contract)

A sales contract shall be formed when a User places an order and we notify the User that we have accepted the order.

Ownership of the product shall transfer to the User when the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.

We may cancel a sales contract without prior notice if the User falls under any of the following:

  • The User violates these Terms.

  • Delivery cannot be completed due to an unknown address or long-term absence.

  • We determine that the relationship of trust between the User and us has been damaged.

Payment methods, shipping methods, order cancellations, and return procedures shall be determined separately by us.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

The copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to product photos and other content provided through the Service ("Content") belong to JETMINMIN or the rightful owners of such content.

Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or otherwise use the Content without permission.

Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

  • Acts related to criminal activity

  • Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service

  • Acts that destroy or interfere with our servers or network functions

  • Commercial use of information obtained through the Service

  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service

  • Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access

  • Collecting or storing personal information of other users

  • Impersonating other users

  • Providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces in relation to our services

  • Any other acts deemed inappropriate by us

Article 7 (Suspension of the Service)

Article 8 (Restriction of Use and Termination of Registration)

We may restrict the use of the Service or cancel a User's registration without prior notice if any of the following applies:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms

  • False information is found in the registration details

  • The credit card registered by the User becomes invalid

  • Failure to fulfill payment obligations

  • No response to communications from us for a certain period

  • No use of the Service for a certain period of time

  • Any other case where we determine the use of the Service is inappropriate

We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of actions taken under this article.

Article 9 (Withdrawal)

Users may withdraw from the Service by completing the designated withdrawal procedure.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

We do not guarantee that the Service is free from defects, including issues related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, suitability for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights.

However, if the contract between us and the User constitutes a consumer contract under applicable law, this disclaimer shall not apply. Even in such cases, we shall not be liable for special damages arising from circumstances that were unforeseeable.

We shall not be responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes between Users and other Users or third parties.

Article 11 (Changes to the Service)

Article 14 (Notices)

Unless a User submits a change request in the specified manner, we will regard the registered contact information as valid and consider notices sent to that contact information as delivered at the time of transmission.

Article 15 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights)

Users may not transfer or assign their contractual status, rights, or obligations under these Terms to a third party without our prior written consent.

Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to the Service.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office.
