Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations
If there is any problem with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we may not be able to accept returns if we are not contacted within 7 days after delivery.
If the item is damaged during shipping, significantly different in size or specification, or defective due to our error, we will promptly replace the item at our expense, including shipping costs.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
