For canvas products, the canvas fabric is washed once to naturally shrink it, then cut and sewn. The finished product is then washed and naturally dried again to make it conform and give it a weathered look before delivery.
Due to fabric shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you might feel that it looks "wrinkly and used even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out with use. Thank you for your understanding.
For washing, to be environmentally friendly, we do not use fabric softeners and wash with a small amount of laundry soap, then naturally dry.
■REPAIR SERVICE
No matter how sturdily they are made, long-term use can lead to fabric fraying, or pets playing with them, or snagging causing tears or holes that make them unusable. As long as you enjoy using our products, we offer a paid repair service for fabric products to help you use them for as long as possible. If you send an image of the damaged area via email, we will provide a repair estimate. (Some products are excluded / We may decline repairs depending on the extent of the damage or if the fabric has reached the end of its life.)
■WASH! WASH!
Fabric products need to be washed. Dirt that is normally unnoticeable can absorb sweat and moisture, causing bacteria to grow and negatively impacting the fibers. Weakened fabric can fray, snag, tear, or develop holes easily. To keep products usable for as long as possible, regular washing and rotating several items instead of using the same one every day are important.
All JETMINMIN fabric products can be washed at home. When washing, use laundry detergent, hand wash, or if using a washing machine, place in a net and rinse thoroughly. Fabric retains odors easily, so please avoid using scented fabric softeners. Using hot water or a dryer can cause fabric to shrink, so always use cold or lukewarm water. *Colors may transfer, so wash with similar colors or separately.
