For canvas products, we first wash the canvas fabric to naturally shrink it, then cut and sew it. The finished product is then washed and air-dried again to give it an overall softened feel and unique texture before delivery.
Due to the shrinkage of the material and washing wrinkles, you might feel that it "looks like a used item, even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out as you use it. We appreciate your understanding.
For washing, to be environmentally friendly, we do not use fabric softener, but rather a small amount of laundry soap and air dry.
■REPAIR SERVICE
No matter how robustly an item is made, long-term use can lead to fabric wear, or pets might play with it or catch it on something, causing tears or holes that render it unusable. We offer a paid repair service for fabric products to help you use your favorite items for as long as possible. If you send us images of the damaged part via email, we will provide a repair estimate. (Some items are excluded / We may decline repairs depending on the extent of the damage or if the fabric has reached the end of its lifespan)
■WASH! WASH!
Fabric products require washing. Dirt that is usually unnoticeable can absorb sweat and moisture, allowing bacteria to grow, which negatively affects the fibers. Weakened fabric can easily tear or get holes from rubbing or catching on something. To prolong the life of your product, it's important to wash it regularly and avoid using the same product every day by rotating several items.
All JETMINMIN fabric products can be washed at home. When washing, use laundry detergent, either hand wash or put it in a net if using a washing machine, and rinse thoroughly. Fabric can retain odors, so please avoid using scented fabric softeners. Hot water and dryers can cause the fabric to shrink, so always use cold or lukewarm water. *Colors may bleed, so wash with similar colors or separately from other items.
