For canvas products, the canvas fabric is washed once to let it shrink naturally before cutting and sewing, and then the finished product is washed and air-dried again to settle the overall look or add highlights.
Due to fabric shrinkage or washing wrinkles, you may feel that it looks wrinkled and used even though it is new. Wrinkles will naturally stretch and settle as you use it. Thank you for your understanding.
To be environmentally friendly, it is washed without fabric softener using a small amount of laundry soap and then air-dried.
■REPAIR SERVICE
No matter how sturdily it is made, fabric may wear out over long-term use, or it may tear or get holes if a pet plays with it or it gets caught somewhere. We offer a paid repair service for fabric products so that you can use them as long as possible while you enjoy them. If you send us an image of the damaged part by email, we will provide a repair estimate. (Some products are excluded / We may decline depending on the extent of the damage or if the fabric has reached the end of its lifespan.)
■WASH! WASH!
Fabric products need to be washed. Dirt that is usually not noticeable can breed bacteria by absorbing sweat and moisture, which adversely affects the fibers. Weakened fabric is more likely to tear or get holes when rubbed or caught somewhere. To continue using the product as long as possible, it is important to wash it regularly and rotate it with several others so that you do not use the same product every day.
All JETMINMIN fabric products can be washed at home. When washing, use laundry detergent, hand wash or use a laundry net if using a washing machine, and rinse thoroughly. Once fabric gets a scent, it is difficult to remove, so please avoid using scented fabric softeners. Hot water or dryers cause the fabric to shrink, so please always use water or lukewarm water. *Color transfer may occur, so wash it with items of similar colors or separately from other items.
