For fabric products, we wash the fabric once to shrink it naturally, then cut and sew it. The finished product is then washed and air-dried again to make it conform to the overall shape and create a worn-in look.
You might feel that it's "wrinkled like a used item even though it's new" due to material shrinkage or washing wrinkles. The wrinkles will naturally stretch out and blend in as you use the product. Thank you for your understanding.
For washing, we use laundry soap and air dry without using fabric softener, etc., to be environmentally friendly.
