It all started when we thought, "What should we do this time with the popular printed T-shirts from the pop-up store?"
We couldn't find a perfect base T-shirt, and even if we did, it was expensive. Plus, T-shirts can be quite hot in the summer.
So we thought,
"Why don't we try making one ourselves?"
And then we thought,
"A regular crew-neck T-shirt won't be cool enough. How about making it like an American football jersey?"
So we made a prototype with sheeting and it turned out great.
Then we decided, "Let's find a cool and comfortable fabric that's not a cut-and-sew, but a really good quality fabric."
We ordered fabric samples from various places, and although we considered cotton linen,
we didn't want to look too much like "natural-type" people.
So we chose an oxford fabric that's a bit expensive but looks good even when washed and wrinkled, making it suitable for adults.
We remade the side slits many times until we found a way to make them neat and durable. This is it.
Since it was a replacement for a printed T-shirt, we initially intended to put a stencil print on it,
but we thought it might be better not to make it too flashy, so the graphic is stitched.
It's a lot of work, but it looks much cooler this way.
The fabric is really good. It's smooth and cool. And it's not see-through, which is great.

Fabric products are cut and sewn after the fabric has been washed once to naturally shrink, and then the finished product is washed and naturally dried again to blend and create a worn-in look before delivery.
Due to fabric shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you may feel that it "looks like a used item even though it's new." Wrinkles will naturally smooth out and blend in with use. We appreciate your understanding.
For washing, we use laundry soap and natural drying without fabric softener to be environmentally friendly.
