A light, foldable, somewhat waterproof tote bag made from Tarpee sheet (commonly known as blue tarp).
Tarpee sheets are resistant to water and dirt, as they are used for covering construction sites and as rain shelters during disasters.
We used this material to create a gusseted tote bag with no seams at the bottom, making it suitable for use at dirty campsites, snowy mountains, or beaches. However, some moisture may enter through the side seams, so we call it "somewhat waterproof."


The elastic cord attached to the loop is convenient for folding. This greatly expands its uses, from leisure activities like camping, beach trips, and snowy mountains, to eco-bag use for supermarkets and seafood shopping, as well as going out on rainy days or for location shoots... you might not need any other tote bag.

When you have a lot of luggage, you can hook the folding elastic cord to the button in the center front to keep the opening closed. The buttons were originally attached to Hungarian army tents, so their color and texture may vary.

Due to the nature of the material, fraying may occur near seams, and the underlying color of the material may show through due to friction from use. Also, as this is an industrial material, there may be small debris mixed in the fabric, or scratches and dirt from the beginning. Lighter colors may show these more prominently. This is within the range of not affecting usability. Please be aware of this beforehand.

ATTENTION!
This product cannot be machine washed. If it gets dirty, wipe it with a wet cloth or lightly rinse it with water.
We do not offer repair services for this product, so if it tears, please repair it by applying blue tarp repair tape sold at home centers. You can contact us for elastic band replacement.
