For textile products, we wash and air-dry the finished goods to make them feel natural and add wear patterns before shipping.
Due to material shrinkage or washing wrinkles, you might feel that "it's brand new but looks wrinkled like a second-hand item." The wrinkles will naturally stretch and settle as you use them. We appreciate your understanding.
To protect the environment, we wash with laundry soap without using fabric softener, and then air-dry them.
