It started with, "What should we do this time with the popular printed T-shirts from the pop-up store?"
It's hard to find a perfect base T-shirt, and even if we do, they're expensive. Besides, T-shirts can get pretty hot in summer.
So we thought,
"Why don't we try making our own?"
Then we thought,
"A regular crew-neck T-shirt isn't cool enough. How about making it like an American football jersey?"
So we made a prototype with sheeting, and it turned out great.
Then we decided, "Let's find a cool and comfortable fabric that's not just cut-and-sewn, but really good quality."
So we ordered fabric samples from various places and were torn between cotton-linen, but
we didn't want to come across as too natural-fiber oriented. So, even though it's a bit pricey, we settled on Oxford fabric that looks neat even when washed and can be worn by adults.
We remade the side slits many times until we found a way to make them clean and durable. This is it.
Since it's meant to replace a printed T-shirt, we initially intended to use stencil printing.
But we decided that having embroidery instead of something too flashy would be better, so the graphic is stitched in.
It's incredibly tedious, but it looks much cooler this way.
The fabric is truly excellent. It's smooth and cool. The fact that it's not see-through is also a plus.

For fabric products, the fabric is first washed and naturally shrunk, then cut and sewn. The finished product is then washed again and naturally dried to soften the overall texture and create a worn-in feel before delivery.
Due to fabric shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you might feel that the product "looks wrinkled and used even though it's new." These wrinkles will naturally stretch out and blend in with use. We appreciate your understanding.
For washing, to be environmentally friendly, we use laundry soap without fabric softener and natural drying.
