For fabric products, the fabric is first washed and naturally shrunk, then cut and sewn. The finished product is then washed and naturally dried again to soften it and add some character before delivery.
Due to fabric shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you may feel that the product "looks wrinkled and used even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out and blend in as you use the product. Thank you for your understanding.
