Canvas products are delivered after the canvas fabric has been washed once to naturally shrink it, then cut and sewn, and then the finished product is washed and air-dried again to make it conform and develop a worn-in look.
Due to fabric shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you may feel that it "looks wrinkled and used even though it's new." Wrinkles will naturally stretch and blend in with use. Thank you for your understanding.
To be environmentally friendly, we wash with laundry soap and air dry without using fabric softener or similar products.
