Products made of fabric are cut and sewn after the fabric has been washed once and naturally shrunk. The finished product is then washed and naturally dried again to allow the fabric to settle and to create a natural appearance. You may find that it "looks wrinkled and used even though it's new" due to material shrinkage and washing wrinkles. The wrinkles will naturally smooth out as you use the product. Thank you for your understanding. To be environmentally conscious, we wash with laundry soap and air dry without using fabric softener or similar products.
