For canvas products, the canvas fabric is washed once to naturally shrink it, then cut and sewn. The finished product is then washed and air-dried again to break it in and give it character before delivery.
Due to fabric shrinkage and wash wrinkles, you might feel that it "looks wrinkled and used even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out and blend in as you use the product. We appreciate your understanding.
Washing is done with laundry soap without fabric softener, followed by natural drying.
