Fabric products are delivered after the fabric is washed once to naturally shrink it, then cut and sewn, and then the finished product is washed and air-dried again to help it settle and show some character.
Due to fabric shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you might feel like it "looks wrinkled and used even though it's new." The wrinkles will naturally smooth out with use. Thank you for your understanding.
To be environmentally friendly, we wash with laundry soap and air-dry without using fabric softener.
