For fabric products, the fabric is first washed to naturally shrink it, then cut and sewn, and the finished product is washed and air-dried again to help it settle and create a natural worn-in look before delivery.
Due to fabric shrinkage and washing wrinkles, you might feel that it "looks wrinkled like a used item even though it's new." Wrinkles will naturally smooth out with use. Thank you for your understanding.
For environmental reasons, washing is done with laundry soap and air-dried without using fabric softener.
